We are all aiming for a 4pm checking in, to run through the central heating and hot water system, TV, wifi and other processes.
We will meet you at the holiday home. If you are delayed we can keep in touch via mobile phones. Check in time is 4pm if you require earlier we will leave clean bedding and you will have to make the beds yourselves.

You will need to present two forms of identity, one being a photo ID eg driving licence or passport to confirm your current address* Previous customers will be exempt.
One key will be issued, the washer and dryer key must be kept in the boiler cupboard.
Accidents happen sometimes there is a simple solution without making things worse.
In the event of a lost key a charge for a new lock will be made. For emergency please contact us so we can arrange for a back up key to be available from the owners select office.
If there are any faults with the holiday home please let us know so we can correct the problem urgently however small
The holiday home has a manufacture warranty where there is a failure Park Dean have engineers on site who can resolve any issue of warranty or emergency.
We have a public liability insurance in place. This does not include personal belongings against loss or damage.
Accidental damages will affect your bond.
Carpets and upholstery have been treated, using paper kitchen roll quickly mop up the liquid and this should help lift the stain. Please do not rub a stain we have equipment that will remove stains without damaging the fabric.
